Yellowstone Star Unable To Attend Awards Due To Santa Barbara Flooding

Yellowstone’s Kevin Costner may portray fearless John Dutton, the patriarch of the family. But, the recent flooding in Santa Barbara prevented him from attending the Golden Globes.

On Tuesday, Kevin Costner went to Twitter to apologize that he would not be attending the Golden Globes. “I’m so sorry for everyone who might have been tuning in to watch the Golden Globes.” He continued to explain how his wife, Chris Baumgartner, got a dress for the event and was planning to support him. However, Mother Nature had other plans.

Chris and I aren’t going to be able to be there. Yesterday, we had to pull the kids out of school in Santa Barbara. This is the second time in five years that the freeway is flooded out. We found ourselves on the wrong side of the town and we couldn’t get back last night. We couldn’t even get back to the house this morning in time, with the freeways closed. Nobody’s sadder than us that we can’t be there.
